Privacy Policy
Effective September 20, 2026
Ackvio provides email sending, open tracking, and link-click tracking. This policy explains what information the service processes and why.
Information we process
When you connect Google, Ackvio receives your verified Google account identifier, email address, and authorization needed to send messages through Gmail. The refresh token is encrypted before storage. Ackvio requests send-only Gmail access and does not request permission to read your inbox.
For each message sent through Ackvio, we store the recipient address, subject, sending status, provider message identifier, timestamps, tracked links, and open or click event counts. Ackvio does not store the body of your message after it is sent.
Tracking
Open tracking uses a small image embedded in the message. Link tracking sends a visitor through an Ackvio redirect before the destination opens. Mail providers, privacy tools, image caching, and automated scanners can hide, pre-load, or create events. Tracking is therefore an activity signal, not proof that a particular person read a message.
How information is used
We use this information to operate Ackvio, send messages you request, display activity, secure accounts, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and legal requirements
Ackvio uses Google services, including Firebase, Google Cloud, and Gmail APIs, to host the service, store encrypted account data, and send email. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users and the service.
Retention and deletion
Account and tracking records are retained while needed to provide the service. You may request deletion or revoke Ackvio’s Google access from your Google Account settings. Revocation stops future sending but does not itself delete existing Ackvio records.
Security
We use encrypted connections, restricted server-side data access, and encrypted Gmail authorization tokens. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may stop using Ackvio, revoke Google access, or request access to or deletion of your stored data. Send requests to support@infinitumimagery.com.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
