Create your workspace
Use Firebase Authentication with a verified email or Google identity. Your Ackvio login remains separate from connected mailboxes.
Connect an available provider
Approve only the permissions needed for the mailbox you choose. Google approved Ackvio’s send-only OAuth scope set, while controlled provider acceptance continues. Microsoft remains a private beta until its acceptance testing finishes.
Send and understand
When the provider is available to your account, compose tracked email, personalize campaigns from CSV or shared Google Sheets, review qualified activity, and set follow-ups.

Understand what Ackvio does—and doesn’t do.
Does Ackvio require a browser extension?
No. The complete web workspace works in current browsers. The optional browser extension adds supported compose controls and Ackvio Signals inside supported webmail. The public Chrome release installs from the Chrome Web Store and updates automatically; other browsers retain separate technical-release instructions.
Can Engagement Signals be perfectly accurate?
No email-intelligence product can guarantee that. Image blocking, privacy proxies, forwarding, and security scanners affect signals. Ackvio qualifies and labels activity so you can interpret it responsibly.
Does Ackvio Sweep read email bodies?
No. Current Sweep imports and the public Chrome extension’s visible-row mode process sender information locally. Ackvio does not request Gmail inbox metadata or message-body access.
How does the referral program work?
Share your personal link and earn 5% of successfully collected subscription revenue from attributed subscribers. Commissions have a 30-day hold, and payout requests require at least $50 in available earnings.
Can Ackvio connect to a CRM or database?
Yes. Ackvio Connect on Automation and Enterprise provides secure API reads and signed webhooks. Enterprise adds provider-authorized tracked sending through the API.
Can I connect more than one mailbox?
Yes. Free and Lite include one Connected Mailbox, Pro includes up to five, Automation includes up to ten, and Enterprise includes up to 25. Google and Microsoft connections share the workspace allowance when those provider integrations are approved and configured.
Are campaign limits guaranteed sending capacity?
No. Ackvio’s allowance controls the workspace feature. Your provider’s daily, rolling, anti-abuse, and account-specific limits still apply and may be lower. Ackvio paces scheduled campaigns and pauses when its own safeguards are reached.
Is user data sold?
No. Ackvio’s business model is based on subscriptions and service plans, not selling inbox or engagement information.
