Gmail and Google Workspace

Approval dependency

Send-only integration is in controlled testing while Google reviews the reduced scope configuration. Ackvio no longer requests restricted Gmail inbox access.

Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft 365

Private beta

Delegated Microsoft sending is implemented. Consumer and organizational tenant acceptance testing must finish before general availability.

Campaigns, tracking and Ackvio Sweep

Controlled availability

Tracking and campaigns depend on the connected sending provider. Sweep imports are local, while the on-device browser mode remains a private beta.

Reliability reporting

A measurement history is being established.

Ackvio will not publish a percentage until a service has at least 30 days of comparable production measurements. Defined objectives cover web availability, provider send acceptance, tracking ingestion, scheduled-send timeliness and signed webhook delivery.

Privacy-safe: reliability metrics exclude message bodies, subjects, recipient lists and credentials.
Provider-aware: an outside-provider outage is not presented as a healthy Ackvio integration.
Honest signals: send acceptance is not represented as guaranteed inbox delivery.
