Terms of Service

Effective September 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of Ackvio. By connecting an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Ackvio lets users send email through a connected Gmail account and receive open and link-click activity signals. Features may change as the service develops.

Your account

You are responsible for your Google account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed through your Ackvio session. You must promptly report unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may use Ackvio only for lawful email to recipients you are permitted to contact. You may not use it for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, malware, unlawful surveillance, deceptive tracking, infringement, or attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service. You must follow applicable privacy, marketing, and anti-spam laws.

Tracking limitations

Open and click information may be incomplete or inflated by image blocking, caching, privacy features, security scanners, forwarding, or automated systems. Ackvio does not guarantee that an event represents a unique human recipient or that a message was read.

Google services

Your use of Gmail and Google accounts remains subject to Google’s terms and policies. You authorize Ackvio to use the permissions you approve solely to provide the service.

Availability and fees

The service may experience interruptions, limits, or changes. Paid plans, if offered, will be described before purchase. You are responsible for charges you authorize.

Intellectual property

Ackvio and its software, design, and branding belong to their respective owners. You retain rights in content you submit and grant the limited rights required to transmit that content and operate the service.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements, nonpayment, or violations of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Ackvio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any direct liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
