A supported Ackvio sender can address an iCloud recipient while keeping that recipient’s activity separate from other campaign recipients.
iCloud Mail compatibility
iCloud recipients supported, Apple integration still limited.
iCloud addresses can receive messages sent through an Ackvio-connected Google or Microsoft mailbox. Direct iCloud sending, Apple Mail extensions, Safari packaging, and native iOS or macOS apps are not released.
Privacy-aware signals
Apple Mail Privacy Protection may fetch remote images without a person actively reading the message, so Ackvio cannot promise a verified read.
No Apple mailbox connection
Ackvio does not currently request iCloud credentials, connect through IMAP/SMTP, or modify the Apple Mail interface.
Designed around real email work
An image request is evidence—not certainty.
Ackvio’s Engagement Signals are intentionally qualified. Click activity can add context, but forwarding, link scanners, proxy traffic, and blocked images still prevent perfect read detection.
