Send-only Gmail access

Removed restricted Gmail metadata access from new mailbox connections.
Retired server-connected Gmail scans and direct unsubscribe execution.
Kept Sweep useful through local sender-list imports and a private on-device visible-row browser beta.
Preserved each account’s historical action records and dismissals while the retired endpoints fail closed.

Ackvio Signals

A distinct Email Intelligence language

Replaced the checkmark read-receipt metaphor with Ackvio Signals: ○ Sent, ◉ Opened, ⟳ Reopened, ↗ Clicked, ◇ Filtered, and ? Privacy-protected.
Introduced Open Intelligence, Click Intelligence, Recipient Insights, Follow-up Signals, Activity Digest, Campaign Pulse, Ackvio Sweep, and Ackvio Connect across the public site and workspace.
Added clearer automated-traffic and privacy-proxy labels to the Engagement Timeline.
Kept status claims grounded in real data: Sent means provider acceptance, not guaranteed delivery, and Ackvio does not invent confidence scores.

Signal organization

Archive or delete up to 10 records at once

Added multi-select controls to active and archived Engagement Signal lists.
Archive, restore, or permanently delete up to 10 owned Ackvio tracking records in one protected request.
Archive remains reversible and keeps tracking active.
Permanent deletion requires one clear confirmation, removes Ackvio event history, and disables its tracking routes. It does not delete email already delivered through Gmail or Outlook.

Ackvio Sweep

Private unsubscribe action history

Added a private per-account history of unsubscribe requests, unsuccessful attempts, and sender pages requiring manual confirmation.
Added filters and status totals so completed, manual, and unsuccessful actions remain easy to review.
Kept results honest: Ackvio records Request sent rather than claiming a sender removed an address when that cannot be independently confirmed.
History stores sender and action metadata, never message bodies or unsubscribe URLs.

Ackvio Sweep

Deeper sender health review

Added paginated scans of up to 100 recent messages on Free, 250 on Lite and Infinitum, and 500 on Pro and higher plans.
Added optional Inbox + Spam review, repeated-sender grouping, high-volume signals, and message-volume totals.
Added cautious metadata checks for Gmail Spam placement, sender-authentication failures, reply-to domain differences, and urgent subject language without reading message bodies.
Messages marked for risk review stay out of the unsubscribe list and link back to Gmail for the provider’s Report spam or Report phishing controls.
Added private, reversible Dismiss from Sweep rules with a dedicated Dismissed senders section and one-click restore.
Risk labels are review prompts, not claims that a message or sender is fraudulent.

Live Analytics

Private event trends for every account

Added responsive 7- and 30-day charts for sent messages, unique engaged recipients, verified clicks, and repeat engagement.
Added engagement and click rates based on qualified first-party Ackvio Signals rather than an outside analytics vendor.
Live report screens now check for new signals about every 15 seconds while visible and slow down elsewhere to control operating cost.
Free accounts include the complete rolling 30-day analytics view.

Owner operations

Privacy-safe account and service oversight

Expanded the protected owner console with account, subscription, monthly sending, and complimentary-access totals.
Added on-demand per-account counts for mailboxes, contacts, templates, campaigns, sends, qualified engagement, and verified clicks.
Added safe campaign status summaries and owner-action history without exposing recipients, subjects, bodies, templates, contacts, credentials, webhook destinations, or CRM records.
Kept detailed account reads on demand to reduce database usage and operating cost.

Workspace foundation

Guides, Infinitum themes, campaigns, templates, and visual reporting

Added a plan-aware Guide Center with private cross-device completion progress and walkthroughs for every live workspace feature.
Added Light, Dark, and device-aware Auto modes, four curated Infinitum themes, custom colors, and responsive theme styling for every account.

Personalized email from lists, CSV, Google Sheets, and CRM contacts

Rebuilt the composer with From, To, CC, BCC, tracking controls, reminders, formatting helpers, and personalization fields.
Added private per-recipient campaign delivery with plan-based limits.
Added CSV, shared-view Google Sheets, pasted-list, and saved Ackvio contact sources.
Added campaign progress, delivery summaries, contact limits, and duplicate-send protection.
Campaign senders must confirm recipient permission and remain responsible for applicable unsubscribe rules.

Referrals

Earn 5% for introducing paying customers

Every signed-in account now receives a personal referral link and private earnings dashboard.
Ackvio credits 5% of successfully collected referred subscription revenue, excluding tax.
Commissions become available after a 30-day refund and dispute hold.
Payout requests unlock at $50 in available earnings and are reviewed before processing.
Owner administration now includes a protected payout-review workflow.

Efficiency

Faster repeat visits with less server work

Ackvio now stores public interface files on the user’s device for faster repeat visits.
Background dashboard refreshes pause when the tab is not visible and unchanged workspaces reuse their current data.
Account totals are maintained incrementally instead of recalculated from hundreds of messages on every refresh.
Scheduled reminders and reports now read only the accounts and messages that require work.
OAuth credentials, enforcement, tracking qualification, and authoritative records remain server protected.

Added clear destinations for Home, Latest Activity, Email Tracking, Link Clicks, Performance, Inbox Cleanup, CRM integrations, Settings, and Plans.
Added a qualified-click report and real performance signals calculated from tracked activity.

Recovery, mailbox control, and complete deletion

Added password-reset email support without revealing whether an address is registered.
Added per-mailbox disconnect controls that revoke the associated Google authorization.
Added recent-login-protected self-service account deletion for authentication, tracking history, settings, connected providers, API credentials, webhooks, and related account records.

Account plans

Higher-value workspace allowances

Lite remains $2.49/month or $24/year and now adds scheduled campaigns, list imports, Follow-up Signals, 25 templates, 500 contacts, and 100 confirmed Sweep actions monthly.
Free now includes starter campaigns with 100 campaign recipients monthly, five templates, and 100 saved contacts while individual tracked sending remains uncapped by Ackvio.
Pro now supports five connected mailboxes, 2,500 recipients per campaign, 15,000 campaign recipients monthly, 100 templates, and 5,000 contacts.
Automation now supports 10,000 recipients per campaign, 60,000 campaign recipients monthly, and unlimited reusable templates.
Added separate campaign-volume allowances so one-to-one tracked sending is not penalized while infrastructure abuse remains controlled.
Provider-specific sending and anti-abuse limits still apply independently.

Inbox cleanup

Real mailing-list unsubscribe assistance

Added a subscription scanner that reads sender and standards-based unsubscribe headers without retrieving email bodies.
Added confirmed one-click HTTPS and unsubscribe-email execution.
Free includes five confirmed unsubscribe actions monthly, Lite includes 100, and Pro and higher plans include unlimited use.
Added sender grouping, per-mailbox scanning, monthly usage visibility, and safety checks for unsubscribe endpoints.

CRM sending, database sync, and complimentary account access

Added Enterprise with up to 25 connected mailboxes and 250,000 monthly API calls.
Added authenticated CRM-to-Gmail tracked sending through the Enterprise API.
